Group Spiritual Companion Sessions

Group Spiritual Companion Sessions

90–120 Minutes | Monthly sessions

Join a community of like-minded individuals in group spiritual companion sessions. These sessions provide a safe and enriching environment for collective growth, shared experiences, and mutual support.

What is group spiritual companionship?

Group spiritual companionship is the practice of deep listening and shared reflection within a supportive spiritual community. Through presence, silence, and authentic sharing, participants explore their lived experience and spiritual path in a compassionate, nonjudgmental space.

Over time, the group process can deepen self-understanding, inner trust, connection, and a sense of belonging.

Group spiritual companionship may resonate with those who:

  • long for the support and connection of compassionate spiritual community

  • value deep listening, authentic sharing, and collective reflection

  • desire to explore their spiritual journey alongside fellow seekers

  • appreciate the wisdom, insight, and encouragement that can emerge through shared experience

How the group works

Groups meet monthly, with sessions lasting approximately 90–120 minutes. Groups generally include 3–5 participants and may gather in person or via Zoom.

Sessions follow a gentle contemplative structure that includes silence, sharing, reflection, and deep listening.

What a session may include

  • Opening silence, meditation, or prayer

  • Time for personal sharing and reflection

  • Deep listening without interruption or fixing

  • Space for thoughtful response, questions, or shared insight

  • Closing reflection and gratitude

Throughout the process, participants are invited to listen not only to one another, but also to the deeper movements of Spirit within themselves and the group experience.
